My Yoga Styles
Vinyasa ~ Connecting breath with movement; slow flow, faster flows, Sun Salutations.
Sculpt ~ Vinyasa with hand weights.
Yin ~ AKA Deep Stretch; long holds for back and lower body; gain flexibility beyond the muscles reaching into the tendons, ligaments and joints.
Chair ~ Seated flow or combo of seated and standing with chair for support.
Kids Yoga ~ Age groups: 2-5, 5-8, 9-12, 13-18. Yoga specialized for appropriate mind/body development.
Private Session
(My availability changes for these sessions. As of August, 2024 I will not be scheduling privates until further notice.)
Sessions are on-site and designed specifically for the client. (Please inquire about other optional locations). Privates are for anyone from beginners wanting to see if yoga is for them, to the more experienced practitioner looking for individual attention.
$60 - one hour private session
Small Groups
Want to try yoga with a small group of friends, or maybe part of a spa day, bridal shower, or retreat? Yoga can be relaxing and fun for all skill levels.
$15 per person, one hour session. Arriving at the designated time and “settling in” is part of the process, then about 45 minutes of warm-up, flow, cool down, and savasana (brief meditation lying down). Varying locations. Please contact me at jillschnell44@gmail.com.
Yoga for Athletes
These sessions focus on balance, strength, flexibility, focus, mental toughness, and breathing. Sessions are specifically designed per sport; running, racket sports, swimming, soccer, baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, cycling, skiing, golf, really any sport can benefit from yoga. This is great to incorporate into your off-season training on a regular basis and using a modified version during the busy in-season.
$60 - one hour session
Corporate Offerings
Any level welcome! Focus will be on breath-work, warm-up, poses, stretching, and strength. A portion of this 45 min. session will focus on how to take yoga right to your desk for just 10 minutes per day!
Benefits include stress reduction, increase in muscle and joint flexibility, core strength, relief of common pain from a desk job, improved concentration and focus, better immunity, higher energy, and lower fatigue.
$90 per 45 min. session*
*Venue (or employee) must supply mats and optional small blanket/beach towel, foam yoga blocks are recommended, to be used for modifications.
